Hello World!

Hooray, I am officially posting my first blog post! If you have stumbled upon this blog, thank you for taking the time to check it out!

So about why this blog is here: I never thought I would be someone to make a fashion blog. I work as a fashion designer and am surrounded by enough of the fashion world as it is. Recently at work, I started investing some time in social media outreach through fashion blogs. I was really inspired by what everyone else in the community was doing. Yet, at the same time felt I never really connected to any of the blogs. So I decided to write my own blog...why not?

What is this blog going to focus on? I am going to focus on what I know. The first focus will be dressing for a petite frame, as I am 5'1" and have to deal with that on a daily basis. The second focus will be on transitioning to a "grown up"closet. I graduated college about a year ago and am still challenged by a closet half full of clothes from high school. Lastly, I will be sharing knowledge on how to buy, care for, and style vintage clothes without looking like an old lady.
