Double Denim

There is a lot going on in my life. But when is there ever not? I often find myself struggling to find focus. I'll have a million things I could be doing, but because I can't see a way I can finish every task that day, I loose motivation and end up doing nothing. This is a pretty annoying pattern I am trying to get out of. I got around to at least a few errands today, including a target run for the usual necessities. I ventured out in double-denim look, pairing black shorts with a gray tone acid wash top. I am not a huge fan of the traditional indigo denim color, so having denim in black & gray makes it much easier to fit into my wardrobe.
The cute cropped top is the perfect length for this pair of hi-waist jeans that add length to a petite gals legs while showing off the smallest part of the waist. These shorts are from Forever 21, I find that although their stuff is cheap, the denim has the perfect amount of stretch and is usually cut to fit junior sizing which fits better for my height than other denim brands catering to "adult" sizing.
At least I got to enjoy some sunshine on my walk to and from target. I guess I need to stop worrying about my to-do list and enjoy a bit of the weekend!
