Neon Hair & Leather Jackets

I have found the holy grail of petite clothing - a leather jacket! I suspect many of you have suffered through shopping for a leather jacket that fits your petite frame. From boxy shapes that drown us to sleeves that cover our fingertips, it can be a huge challenge when you are short. I have been on the prowl for a new jacket as my faux-leather purchase from 5 years ago is falling apart. (I tried to make the roughed up biker jacket look work, but when shreds of faux leather are flaking off, it is not a cute look)
I didnt think I would be making this purchase in high summer, but when I waltzed into TopShop one evening before a movie date with the BF, this jacket was waiting for me at the top of the escalator. I literally ran to it, as it is an almost exact match to my beloved, dying faux-leather jacket. Then I saw it was petite sized...and that it was real leather....and it was only $320....and it was the last one out and in my size! The stars of the fashion universe has aligned and now this baby is mine!
You may of noticed I also got a hair makeover! My hair was in a terrible state and I had to get 6" chopped off, but added this fun purple to make up for it! I am hoping it will fade to a pretty lavender in time. I am excited to rock it with my cool jacket.
So seriously, I 100% recommend all of my petite gals go get this jacket! It is a wardrobe essential. I also find this style to be great as you can slip your house keys, phone, and credit cards in the pockets and go out for a night on the town without worrying about a purse!
